An important pond  for families to own is family stability, wholeness and support for one another

This was not the case in the life and family of the Founder / Executive Director / Chairman of the Board.

Since the first session of the workshop series, a heart - mind connection is made but most importantly is the creation of a safe environment where participants feel secured and compelled to open up and share their challenges, struggles, pain, abuse, etc.

This becomes the building block for this important venture and journey.

Family Restoration

La Poderosa Corporation:

  • Does not believe in duplication of efforts
  • Refers to other entities whenever needed
  • Collaborates with other entities
  • Will seek other professional services
  • Will remain engaged, connected and provide coaches to assist in the process of restoration, healing and recovery
  • Will journey with the family and not abandon them as they pursue this difficult journey of restoration

Merriam-Webster defines restoration as; to give back, to return, to put or bring back into existence or use, to return to an earlier or original condition by repairing it.

La Poderosa Corporation accepts:

  • In some cases full restoration is at times impossible, depending on the level of crisis and trauma
  • Some semblence of normalcy, healing, esteem, confidence, courage, and balance can be restored
  • The process is not easy
  • The journey can be difficult
  • Each person determines their own process, progress, support systems, and degree of intervention services
  • Each person progresses at their own pace
  • Each person's trust level is paramount and sacred and this will be honored, respected and affirmed
  • Each person's belief systems are key to their own recovery and restoration and this will also be respected and honored
