TRAINING SERIES ARE

DIFFERENTIATED AND SCAFFOLDED:

• A parent of any student in a public, private and / or charter school setting where English is not their first language receives foundational building blocks so they can have a direct impact on student achievement.

• From this foundation, a personalized plan is designed so parents can acquire proficiency and expertise in becoming the Executive Director of their child's education.

• Participants are matched with an L.P.C.'s Certified Trainer as their coach to continue their growth process and achieve success as they navigate the educational system in the U.S. and in their respective communities.

• Participants are strategically selected to become Certified Trainers and then attend an intensive 40 (Forty) hours of Certified Trainers' Institute (Formerly known as The Summer Institute).

• Certified Trainers attend monthly T.O.T. (Training of Trainers) professional development meetings, to share experiences, learn new techniques, acquire additional knowledge as they train and coach their teams in their respective communities.
